Harris International Labs Inc. was founded in 1997 in Springdale, AR as a specialty industrial chemical with a strong commitment to research and development. In 2000 after three years of research a patent was applied for on a revolutionary new type of rust remover. The invention was named Evapo-RustTM. Evapo-RustTM debuted at CleanTech 2001 and was named the Top New Technology in Industrial Cleaning. Later that year it was named one of the Top 100 inventions of the year by Research and Development Magazine.
