How To Use EVAPO-RUST® Rust Remover Gel

It’s very easy to use Evapo-Rust® Gel to remove rust from large items or vertical surfaces. All it takes are 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Prepare

Prep the surface. Make sure it is dry and free of any oils, dirt, grease, and loose rust scale.

Step 2: Apply Gel

Apply a thick coat of gel to the rusted areas.

Step 3. Wait

Allow to work for 1 to 2 hours.

Step 4: Clean

Rinse off and clean with water.

For Best Results with Evapo-Rust Gel

  1. Do not use in direct sunlight.
  2. Use on rusted items at temperatures between 60°F and 90°F.
  3. Repeat application on heavily corroded areas.
  4. If Evapo-Rust® Gel dries on surface, the gel may require a soft brush and water to remove.
